Learning from Nature

Image result for nature
There are many lessons to be learned from the natural world. Take, for example, trees. According to my teacher, tree are vital to much of the life on earth. Forests cover almost one third of the land area of our planet. They help protect, sustain and improve mankind’s supplies of fresh water. They purify the air and convert carbon dioxide, water, minerals and sunlight into nutrients and oxygen. Many plants, insects, fungi, worms and other organisms are dependent upon the shade, moisture, and leaf debris provided by trees. Additionaly, the environment provided by trees supports a wide variety of reptiles, birds, and mammals.
What life lessons can we, as ahumans, learn from natures?
1.       Be flexible.
The trees that bend a little to the harmless breeze will later grow to withstand the wild wind. Similarly, if we maintain a degree of flexibility in our attitudes and view points we will not be broken in any strom of criticism or opposition.
2.       Value the little things.
Leaves, though they can be small, are vital to the life of a tree. Similarly, expressions of encouragement and appreciation, whether it be by spoken word or in the form of a simple “Thank You” card can go a long way to build the spirits of the receiver. If they are wholly restrained, the motivation of others to work with us and support common goals may die at the roots.
3.       Learn to face any difficulty with head high from rivers.
Rivers constantly keep heading towards the sea for its awaited unison. Well aware of the fact that it has a protractred way ahead and the path in intricate, it continues to flow. Human nature has always been evident of choosing the path which has lesser  obstacles and has lesser efforts. If we are to take a few lesson from playful rivers then always, the best lesson would be face every difficulty with equal energy and flow with whatever the outcome is towards the main goal of life.
4.       Learn to love yourself from beaches.
There is a peak time when our daily schedule seems to be monotonous and we feel the utmost necessity of a break. Somewhere where our mind is at peace, where you and your thoughts alone is what matters and horizon is the limit. One such incredible corner that nature provides is beaches and islands. The cities masked with pollution and veiled by chaos tend to make you unaware of your own identity, your healt and mental peace.
